Description
If you are using a licensed version of Qt, and go to set the qt version in the vstools extension, it doesn't seem to save quite right and is pretty frustrating to use.
This failure only happens if the license is not setup correctly, but is pretty difficult to figure out.
I propose a popup or notification or something for this edge case that says "license not found, unable to set QT version"
