Doesn't compile

I can't compile. There is no exe file because I can't compile. Even if I get C++17 build it doesn't work.

I will tell you what I did to detect the problem. I opened an empty window extensions > QT VS Tools > QT Version > MSVC 2019 in my current location > selected the qmake file in bin and saved it.
later on
"File > New > Project > QT Widgets Applications > Progress without touching default selected. > Build".
Then I came across the attached image.
