Manage compiler options added by Qt

In the Qt Settings property page:

1. Add a (read-only) field that displays the list of compiler options flowing from Qt.
2. Add a field to allow overriding/disabling those options.
3. Add a flag that enables/disables additional build log messages specifying which options were actually passed to the compiler, and which options were discarded; this flag is disabled by default.
