Support page is indicating the wrong exception for all license holders

    Description

      On https://www.qt.io/qt-support/ it says:

      • Exception – Start up plan

      But this no longer exists, it should be referring to Qt for Small Business holders and Qt for Application Development Professional at the very least. Since neither of those get standard support with Qt.
