https://quips-qt-io.herokuapp.com/ was the original place where QUIP's of the Qt Project were made available. Anyhow, since a while https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips is the official place.

We should either disable https://quips-qt-io.herokuapp.com/ completely or, preferably, let it (and the individual subpages) redirect to https://contribute.qt-project.org/quips .
