Adjust font size of API reference section titles

In C++ class reference pages, many function signatures (in the Detailed description) are long enough to cause linebreaks and clutter, especially so when multiple \fn's are grouped together.

Decreasing the font size for signatures (also on the QML side for consistency) would improve readability.
