Description
account.qt.io/downloads pretends to provide an online installer for some older versions of Qt Design Studio but actually downloads a normal online installer (which does not allow that version of QDS to be installed)
Even older versions just refuse to provide an online installer and ask users to use the latest installer (It is safe to assume that people selected an older version because they really wanted that version, telling them to get the latest does not make much sense)
Suggestion - remove the option altogether and do the same as Qt Creator and provide just the offline installer for older versions (that option already exists as a separate selection in the dropdown)
