Summary: Improve language support of qt.io pages (to a level that is at least similar to doc.qt.io)
Description: Language support for pages in qt.io is more or less problematic in 2 ways:
1. Missing languages
2. Inconsistent languages

For example, the education page (https://www.qt.io/qt-educational-license) has only English and Japanese. But Qt support page (https://www.qt.io/qt-support/) has only English, Chinese and Korean. Not only the languages are missing, they are different for different pages.

I think a good reference can be doc.qt.io, where all the pages are well translated (machine-translated, yes, but quite decent) into the same languages.
