      Part 1: Clarifying "Redistributable" components

According to https://www.qt.io/terms-conditions/qt-dev-framework/exhibit-1, everything under "Qt for Python" is "Redistributable", which is probably wrong. For example, "uic" is marked as not Redistributable, so pyside6-uic should probably be treated the same.

A customer's legal department is requesting a more detailed table to clarify which components are and aren't Redistributable.

Part 2: Clarifying component availability, according to license

Some components of Qt for Python are available to ADE/DCP/DCE license-holders, but not ADP license-holders (see pages 7-8 at https://qtinfo.dev/qtforpython/#/7). This is currently not reflected in Exhibit 1.
