Scrollable dropdown list disappears on page scroll

      To reproduce:
      1. Click the version list

      2. Hover the dropdown list with the mouse and scroll with the wheel past the dropdown list scroll margin, triggering the page to scroll instead.

      3. The page will scroll and the dropdown list will disappear.

       

      This isn't typical behavior.
