"Questions and Answer"-type forum threads

      A variation of the thread feature in the forum that enables structured asking and answering of questions. Similar to stackoverflow, yahoo answers and expert exchange.

      Should integrate with the points module.

      Before posting of the question the user must confirm that a site search on the topic does not answer the question. (new step)
