Subscription Manager on devnet does not work

    Description

      The subscription manager under http://developer.qt.nokia.com/member/edit_subscriptions does not work anymore. This has been verified with Chrome, InternetExplorer and Safari (mobile).
      On Chrome and IE an "HTTP-Error 500 (Internal Server Error)" is reported. Safari delivers a white screen.
