In the DevNet wiki, intra-wiki links should be shown in a different color/style if the target wiki page does not actually exist.

Not having this feature is problematic because:

• Users who misspell or mis-format their links won't notice.
• Planning/"earmarking" pages for future creation becomes visitor-unfriendly.

Other wikis such as Wikipedia have this feature.
