      Scroll to "Public Functions" area.
      Try to click on class constructor hyperlink - page will scroll to corresponding function description. This is expected behavior.
      Scroll to "Public Functions" area again.
      Try to click on "header" function hyperlink - page will scroll to the top. I think this is a bug.
