Wiki editor has no "cancel" option

    Description

      For example, if I make some changes to https://wiki.qt.io/index.php?title=Reporting_Bugs&action=edit (using the visual editor), I have no obvious way of cancelling my changes, short of undoing all of them and then closing the page. There should be a cancel button so that the user knows that they won't mess up the page.
