Core security team operations

Members of the core security team are responsible for triaging, coordinating, escalating, and disclosing reported security issues according to the security policy:

Team members need be identified and nominated, and trained in their responsibility. The list of members needs to be documented and kept up-to-date, and the security@qt-project.org mailinglist needs to be maintained accordingly.
