No response when puplishing marketplace extension

When an extension is puplished here:

https://www.qt.io/market-place-extension-qt

then there will be no response although the email address is given. There is no acknowledge, that

• the submission has been received
• the submission will  be processed
• how long it takes

It is also not possible to login with my qt account to see any status information. So at the moment I don not even know if my submission was correct and whether it has reached the right recipient.
