Search is fully broken in Safari, works in Chrome

    Description

      • open qt.io in Safari (Version 14.1.2 (16611.3.10.1.6), MacOS 11.5.2 (20G95), MacBook Pro (13-inch, M1, 2020)) and enter any text in the text box for search.
      • nothing happens regardless what you try, not even an error message

      If you do the same on Chrome (Version 92.0.4515.131 (Official Build) (arm64)), a drop down list with search results is shown. See the screenshot.

      I would expect quite some Mac users would conclude that the Search is broken completely...
