Have select Qt installation window open at the default path found

By default it would be nice to have the Qt: Register Installation selection  window to open ready to select the path where the Qt Installation is expected by default.

This would provide an easy way to go back to default setting when a qt-core.qtInstallationRoot is already set in the user setting and no recommendation is popping up anymore.
