Monitor qtcli's output instead of polling when starting up.

      When our extension runs qtcli, we use polling /ready endpoint for a predefined time interval. It would be better if we could monitor outputs from qtcli server process and detects some pattern from it. This will remove a need for a hard-coded, not-accurate timeout value.
