As a developer, I want to easily create a new Qt project. Let's just support CMake here.

The project types I would like to be able to create:

• Qt console application
• Qt Widgets application
• QtQuick application
• Qt-based library (static or shared)
• Qt plugin

Later:

• other project types that Qt VS Tools and Qt Creator offer

I want to be able to add such a new project as sub-directory of an existing CMake project (the one that's currently loaded).
