qmlls does not start on start-up when there is a new version

      When a new version of qmlls is published, a pop-up message is shown to the user asking whether they want to install the new version or not.  The problem is that qmlls is not started until the user responds to the pop-up message.  Also, the pop-up message can be unnoticed  if there are a lot of pop-up messages during the start-up
