We need to add a way to register Qt versions that don't come with the Qt installer. Not all people use the installer. Qt may be installed with homebrew, vcpkg or even self-built.
The current work-around is to create a folder structure that "looks like the Qt installer" and create hard links in it to the not-installer-Qt installation directory.
