    Description

      Since https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt-labs/vscodeext/+/593818 moved the reset function into `qt-core` and called the other extensions reset commands, we need a general reset command for `qt-qml` like `qt-cpp`. This command can restart `qmlls` and reset some internal values.
