Neptune crashes on language switch on MacOS

    Description

      I specifically re-installed the build from the 5.13.1 release via the installer to make sure I have a clean install and then retest this. The only what I did not do is to delete persistent settings.

      Switching between languages causes a segfault. Running it on MacOS 10.14.6. 100% reproducible. It does occur on the embedded build from the same version on NUC
