Unable to install anything from Downloads app

    Description

      When trying to download apps from neptune3-ui downloads app, on latest Luxoft image (5.14 branch for neptune3-ui, qtivi and qtapplicationmanager),
      I am unable to install anything, but can see available applications.

      In the logs I get:

      ```
