Deployment server requires updates to support Qt Application Manager 5.14

    Description

      When trying to install app from the deployment server, Download app gets error:

      emit failed "{a62bf6df-97e7-465e-8e10-5a4da034545f}" 40 "metadata has an invalid format specification: wrong header: expected am-package-header version 2, got am-package-header version 1"

      In the same time it is not possible to upload package made with appman-controller version 5.14 which generates header with version 2
