As a product owner, I need to have an implemented application request concept for Notification use-case in Neptune 3 as described by our designer. Below is the detail about the use-case.

Use case: "From notification to app"

Notifications should be able to take you to a specific page/feature on a specific app. E..g if you get a toast message about your fuel being low you should be able to click a button in the notification to go to Vehicle app's energy page or to the map application with all fuel stations visible.
