    Description

      Updating PostgreSQL to 9.6 QTBUG-79555 https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qt5/+/284058 creates empty file $installFolder\pgsql\include\unistd.h which fails MinGW build as it is included instead of the one from MinGW environment.
