    Description

When the Qt installation is incomplete or PATH is wrongly set, Qt applications can crash like

      RUN 1: 37/456 Test #37: signals_multiple_connections_gui_test ...........Exit code 0xc0000409
      RUN 1: ***Exception: 0.26 sec
RUN 1: qt.qpa.plugin: Could not find the Qt platform plugin "windows" in ""
RUN 1: This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

testrunner.py fails to record this as failure, does not rerun the tests and is all happy.
