shiboken6 generator throws error when invoked with `--no-implicit-conversions`

    Description

      When `shiboken6` generator is invoked with the flag `--no-implicit-conversions` it throws the following error :
        `shiboken: shiboken: Called with wrong arguments: no-implicit-conversions`

      Also looks like there is a stray `return true` here : https://code.qt.io/cgit/pyside/pyside-setup.git/tree/sources/shiboken6/generator/shiboken/shibokengenerator.cpp#n2151
