Documentation generation fails when using shadow build or source tree from SDK as opposed to in-source build

      qdoc seems to be unable to work on a source tree in shadow builds or from a SDK package. qdoc from qttools at 9dfdfdf5744d3bf0ffea3c380ed37f0ab9273fe5 with https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/c/218908/ applied was used to generate the logs attached (Linux, gcc 7.2, Python 3).
