    Description

      Test steps:
      1. Start Design Studio for the first time -> 'Welcome' splash screen is displayed
      2. Select the button 'Turn Off'

      Result:
      'Restart required' dialog is displayed.

      Expected result:
      No restart is required after 'Turn Off' button is selected.
