Research user component usage

If there are user specific (not library dependant) components available, they need to have proper lifecycle management

1. They need to be visibile in users' own folder OR in categories but marked to be coming from user's own storage.

2. User can add and remove components on their own library

3. User can update own components if requested

4. User can delete components from the libray. This does not remove components already attached to the project (they are in assets view)
