better options for qml id generation

I think we should re-visit the topic of generating qml id's. it seems this is still an issue for customers and the current solution of scripting on top of the bridge is not usable enough for designers. I still think we need to introduce a few more simple options, i.e - generate id from layer name, add project prefix and suffix and increment these via a described pattern. Like 001, 002... A, B, C...

We discussed this previously in this issue but i think the scripting solution is not user friendly enough for such a key part of your project organization.
