Simplify the configuration required for the MCU code generation check

    Description

      QDS-9797 added checks in QDS to notify the user of errors in the QML code when targeting MCU projects, even though the preview is run with big Qt's qmlscene tool. The feature requires the manual configuration of a Qt for MCUs kit, which is error-prone and not straightforward for some QDS users.

      This can be improved by making the feature automatically enabled without any user action. It requires that QDS ships its own subset of QUL tools and pre-

      configures an MCU kit that would be automatically in use for MCU projects.

      If MCU tools cannot be included with QDS, there should at least be a clear and simple way for users to configure the location of Qt for MCUs. For example automatically suggesting it to the user the first time he/she creates a MCU project.
