License Check not working on openSUSE Tumbleweed

    Description

      License check fails after updating from Qt Creator 13.0.0rc1 to 14.0.0 beta1 with the maintenance tool.
      Error popup comes up with a typo:
      "Please check your interner connection".

      Blocks release.
