License server development 28
Description
Upgrade to Qt Creator 14 switches to license server, which prevents Qt Creator from working after the update on some Open SuSe Linux versions the. A bogus error message pops up, claiming that the internet connection should be checked (code 202). That's wrong: Internet connection works. Issue is that CA certificate is not found. QLS error messages should be developed to be more clear.
Fallback is to use the old license service, until QLS is fixed.
