[Reg 13.0.2 -> 14.0.0b2] Qt Creator can no longer run on an airgapped/offline machine

      Previously, we could download the license files from the Customer Portal and Qt Creator 13 would accept it when offline:

       

      However, these downloaded license files are no longer accepted by Qt Creator 14 beta 2:

       

      The new license files are not yet obtainable from the Customer Portal.
