      The QSafeEventHeartbeat Class page in the safety manual needs some love

      May I draw your attention to the following parts:

      1. It could be mentioned that the value for the setTimeout means milliseconds (ms) since this unit is not mentioned
      2. The detailed description has the same text twice
      3. fix the typo in the sentence:  valueArg is the timemout when the next heart beat message should be sent.
