Datainput selection dialog opens fully or partially offscreen

Make editor fullscreen. Click on the datainput button on timeline. The dialog opens either fully or partially offscreen. Tested on system with two monitors, one 4k with 200% font size and another 2560x1440 with 125%. 4k display is the primary display, and the editor was on the primary display.
