      Description

Research what it would mean to move away from current material handling (that is proving to be a bit cumbersome for the designers and also causes extra material instances to be created on runtime). Target state would be an architecture where materials are shared in a project (UIA level) and all materials in are then pointers to the shared materials one has in the project. This would mean faster work flow for designers when they want to change materials, it would mean also less work when loading the project, less memory usage etc. And it would bring Qt 3D Studio more in line with other DCC tools out there from UX point of view.
