Defer loading subpresentations that are not immediately needed

    Description

      When loading a .uia project, the runtime needs to optimize the loading time by only loading the default presentation and any subpresentations that default presentation depends on.

      In 2.0 runtime seems to load all subpresentations from the .uia file it receives which will make it very difficult to reach critical startup time requirements.
