Rotation issue in some views

    Description

      This issue seems to appear in all views but Perspective and Scene Camera views. I try to rotate an object by dragging the manipulator handle. As soon as i start dragging, the object will rotate (jump) usually somewhere around 170-180 degrees.

      Issue is somehow similar to QT3DS-2319.

      Note also that in some views, under some conditions you cannot rotate the object at all with manipulator handles, it has a separate bug QT3DS-2332.
