QtHttpServer: missing optional dependency on qtwebsockets

    Description

      dependencies.yaml file for the module only contains qtcore, but the module also provides API dependent on qtwebsockets. It should be added to dependencies.yaml, perhaps after a successful run of the dependency update bot.
