Make TextInput and TextEdit behave correctly by default with regards to text selection

    Description

      Currently users writing desktop applications need to set selectByMouse to true for TextInput and TextEdit. It would make the development experience better if these items handled selection in the correct manner automatically, without needing to set a property.
