Release and Clicked not fired for Buttons in ListView with pressDelay set with touch screen

    Description

      Open the attached example project.

      If the button is quickly tapped on touch screen the Pressed, Released and Clicked events happen normally, but if the Button is pressed longer than the PressDelay duration then only the Pressed is fired without Release and Clicked ever happening.
