Wacom on Windows: Airbrush behaves like a normal stylus

    Description

      I got an Airbrush for the Intuos 4, so finally I can test this on a modern tablet, with Windows 11 with latest Wacom drivers.

      • Tangential pressure is staying at 0 regardless what I do with the wheel.
      • Capabilities claim that it has rotation support, but it doesn't.
      • Device type is Stylus; should be Airbrush.
