Description
Currently the Kernel ATT interface is always used for the peripheral role.
For supporting the DBus backend we need the logic to select it.
Initial thinking is that it could be a runtime-detection based on the available Bluez DBus
interfaces + an environment variable to opt-in to the new backend.
