[Bluez DBus Peripheral] Advertisement support

    Description

      This task is about implementing the BT LE advertisement support by using Bluez DBus advertising API.

      The initial impression of what is needed is :

      • Creating and exporting the advertisement object
      • Registering the adverisement
        Along with all state handling, error handling, data validation etc.
